Centralized Operations for Regional Excellence

Sustainability

Through our engineering plastics business, we are committed to people, their future, and the creation of shared values, and realization of a sustainable society. We will fully utilize our technical, service and development capabilities to deliver “value” that can benefit our customers and society.

We are committed to improving quality across our entire business (management, organization, technology, sales, employees, products, facilities, and information). We take pleasure in the realization of our customers’ products, and this will lead to the prosperity of society.

We will proceed towards sustainable social development through actions that consider environmental health on a global level, including efforts to reduce climate change, build a recycling-oriented society, and preserve biodiversity.

To achieve these goals, we safeguard the environment, health, and safety throughout the entire lifecycle of all products, from development and raw material sourcing through production, distribution, sales, usage, and ultimately disposal or recycling, while maintaining communication and disclosure of information with society.

Core Values

Promote Sustainability Management

To strengthen foundations for sustainability management, we promote the “Materiality management”, with the following priority issues:

Supply Chain

“Stable supply of products” is aimed at making the increasingly complex global supply chain strong and sustainable amid significantly heightened risks. We will operate to be a trusted company even in emergencies.

  • AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Importer and Exporter certificate.
  • Strategically plan to ensure product supply continuity.

Corporate Governance

Build confidence among our stakeholders and ‘organizational strength’ by appropriately managing borderless risks through high ethical standards and by enhancing governance, compliance and internal controls.

  • Compliance code of conduct.
  • Law compliance and management.
  • Respect for Human rights.
  • Risk management and BCP.
  • Developing good organizational culture.

Global Environment

Creation of a recycling-oriented society and access to new market opportunities, driven by technologies of “new materials and recycling” that consider the entire product life cycle, with also considering the product safety and security.

  • Product compliance in hazardous substance.
  • Introducing Bio-products and Recyclable products to support circular economy.
  • Carbon Footprint for Organization.
  • Energy Conservation Program.
