Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility Policy

The companies would be grateful to announce “Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CR) Policy” as follow:

      The companies are firmly committed to conducting business in line with the principles of sustainable development to ensure that working conditions are safe, workers are treated with respect and dignity that business operations are environmentally responsible and conducted ethically. We work collaboratively with our partner suppliers to encourage compliance in line with the following principles as we believe that sustainable development will be the basis to the future success of our business:

Section 1: Legal and Regulatory

      All of activities, must operate in full compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulations of local and abroad related to the business activities scope of industrial, manufacturing control, antitrust, unfair competition, transparency transaction, Intellectual property and labor include socially recognized standards and rules, contracts and promises made to customers, business partners, or the local community and the Company’s rules and manuals.


Section 2: Occupational health, Safety, and Environmental

      ISO14001 environment and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system are established and maintain all necessary measures to protect occupational health, prevent industrial injuries and accidents in the processes of our products and services. Reduce to a minimum effect on people’s health and on the environment.


Section 3: Labor

The companies are to uphold the human rights of workers, to treat them with fairly and dignity.

  1. Prohibition of Forced Labor: Forced, bonded (including debt bondage) or indentured labor, involuntary or exploitative prison labor, slavery or trafficking of persons is not permitted. This includes transporting, harboring, recruiting, transferring, or receiving persons by means of threat, force, coercion, abduction or fraud for labor or services. There shall be no unreasonable restrictions on workers’ freedom of movement in the company. All workers must be provided with a written employment contract in their native language that contains a description of terms and conditions of employment. All work is voluntary, and workers are free to terminate their employment without penalty if reasonable notice is given, as clearly stated in workers’ contracts. When employment has been terminated voluntarily or involuntarily, worker will be paid appropriate amounts for all hours worked. Companies shall maintain documentation of all leaving workers and not hold the government-issued identification or personal original documents. Worker shall access their concern documents as required. Workers are not required to pay fees, deposits or incur debt as part of recruiting and hiring. If any such fees are found to have been paid by workers, those fees must be repaid to the worker.
  2. Young Workers: Child labor or workers below the legal minimum working age are prohibit to employment. Workers under the age of 18 (Young Workers) shall not perform work that is likely to jeopardize their health or safety of young workers, including night shifts and overtime and support so that they may have opportunities to receive a proper education. Internships student assignments and apprenticeships that complement their course of study field and provide appropriate support training to all student workers.
  3. Working Hours: There are the system established to accurately determine, communicate, record, manage and control working hours including overtime and days off to ensure conformance with all requirements and applicable laws. Workers are allowed legally mandated breaks, holidays, and vacation days to which they are legally entitled, including time off when ill or for maternity leave. However, working overtime or working on a public holiday is voluntary.
  4. Wages and Benefits: Pay workers wages, overtime pay, as well as provide legally mandated benefits accurately, fairly, and not less than the minimum wage according to applicable laws. Wages, overtime pay, or other benefits shall be allocated within the time set that includes sufficient information and understandable wage statement which prohibit disciplinary wage deductions or equivalent.
  5. Non-Discrimination/Non-Harassment/Humane Treatment: Companies shall commit to a workplace free of harassment and unlawful discrimination. There shall be no harsh or inhumane treatment, including violence, gender-based violence, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, bullying, public shaming, or verbal abuse of workers; nor shall there be the threat of any such treatment. Companies shall not engage in discrimination or harassment based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ethnicity or national origin, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, covered veteran status, protected genetic information, or marital status in hiring and employment practices such as wages, promotions, rewards, and access to training. Disciplinary policies and procedures in support of these requirements shall be clearly defined and communicated to workers. Workers shall be provided with reasonable accommodation for religious practices and disability. In addition, workers or potential workers should not be subjected to medical tests, including pregnancy or virginity tests, or physical exams that could be used in a discriminatory way.
  6. Freedom of Association: Respect the right of all workers to form and join trade unions of their own choosing, to bargain collectively, and to engage in peaceful assembly as well as respect the right of workers to refrain from such activities. Workers and/or their representatives shall be able to openly communicate and share ideas and concerns with management regarding working conditions and management practices without fear of discrimination, reprisal, intimidation, or harassment. Company have no interference with a trade union and will not finance a trade union.

Section 4: Ethics

The companies are to uphold the highest standards of ethics.

  1. Business Integrity: The highest standards of integrity are to be upheld in all business interactions with zero tolerance on all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion, and embezzlement. Business dealings shall be transparently performed with accurately records. 
  2. No Improper Advantage: Bribes or other means of obtaining undue or improper advantage are not to be promised, offered, authorized, given, or accepted. This prohibition covers promising, offering, authorizing, giving, or accepting anything of value, either directly or indirectly through a third party, in order to obtain or retain business, direct business to any person. Monitoring, record keeping, and enforcement procedures shall be implemented to ensure compliance with anti-corruption laws. 
  3. Disclosure of Information: Information regarding business activities, structure, financial situation, and performance is to be disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations and prevailing industry practices. Falsification of records or misrepresentation of conditions or practices in the companies are unacceptable. Strictly manage trade secrets, technical know-how, and other secret information of the companies and third parties and never, without permission, disclose to person who does not need to know.
  4. Intellectual property: Intellectual property rights are to be respected, transfer of technology and know-how is to be done in a manner that protects intellectual property rights, and customer and supplier information is to be safeguarded.
  5. Fair Business, Advertising and Competition: Standards of fair business, advertising and competition are to be upheld to prevent collusion with other companies on product pricing or other factors that could reduce competition.
  6. Protection of Identity and Non-Retaliation: An established process for comfortable and confidential reporting channels to protect whistleblowers and promptly investigate. Any raise concerns are protected to prevent retaliation.
  7. Responsible Sourcing of Minerals: The procurement of Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, Gold, and Cobalt (3TG+C minerals) are sourced from conflict-free and non-high-risk areas. Including, exercise the due diligence to customers upon request.
  8. Privacy: The companies are committed to protecting the reasonable privacy expectations of personal information of everyone they do business with, including suppliers, customers, consumers, and employees. The companies are to comply with privacy and information security laws and regulatory requirements when personal information is collected, stored, processed, transmitted, and shared.

Section 5: Management System

      Establish a management system to ensure (a) compliance with laws, regulations, and customer requirements. (b) conformance with this code and (c) identification and mitigation of risks related to this elements code. It should also be facilitating continual improvement in the social and environmental performance. Including to contain as follow; company commitment, accountability and responsibility, training, communication, worker feedback and participation, audits and assessments, corrective action, documentation and records and supplier responsibility.


Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CR) Policy are the prime responsibility of all managements, employees, and contractors in organizations.
